Laguna Custom Rods offers a 1 year limited warranty on all rod models. This

limited warranty guarantees that the rod is free from any manufactured defects

and/or workmanship. This limited warranty is determined by Laguna Custom

Rods and does not cover and damage from abuse, accidents, modifications or

tampering in any way. Each warranty claim will be addressed individually by

Laguna Custom Rods.

If the damage is determined to be covered by the warranty program, LCR will

repair or replace the rod with an exact item at no cost to the customer. No

changes or adjustments are allowed. Shipping charges are not covered by the LCR

Limited Warranty Program.

For damages that are within the 1st year from purchase, but are not covered

under the warranty program, LCR offers a “No-Hassle” Replacement Program.

Custom models can be replaced for $175.00 and up, and our Liquid Series rods can be

replaced for $85.00 and up.

Laguna Custom Rods must be contacted before returning damaged rods to

determine the best course of action at that time.
